Yoga and Meditation

Dr. Brennan teaches mindfulness skills through yoga asanas (movement), guided meditation and awareness. These skills are offered both individually and in group settings. Her training in clinical psychology and yoga allows Dr. Brennan to provide her clients with the many benefits of mindfulness including, but not limited to:
